Bishop and Founding Vicar
Bishop J.T. served as the primary minister for Holyrood from 2015 to 2023. He currently lives in Mount Pleasant, NC where he pastors Boger Reformed Church. He continues to provide supervisory support for Holyrood. He serves as the Vice President of the Evangelical and Reformed (E&R) Synod as well as coordinating the E&R World Missions department.

Deacon and Vicar
Jackson serves as the "Boots-on-the-Ground" leadership at Holyrood, organizing Bible study groups, leading regular worship, and congregational events. He is finishing up his Certificate in Theological Studies. Jackson was ordained to the order of Deacons by Bishop J.T. on May 30th, 2026, at the E&R Synod's North American Assembly. Jackson enjoys building relationships in the community and reading church history.

Jackson Oliver
Dean Justin currently serves as the President and Dean of the North American Anglican Diocese, which Holyrood is a member of. He lives in Bainbridge, GA with his wife, Amanda. His full-time ministry is as a Hospice Chaplain, where he works tirelessly to bringing people closer to God in the last chapter of their lives.
